The Defensive Entrance to the Orc Stronghold
Bonefire Gate is a 1,279-piece dark-fantasy building set designed for adult builders, orc collectors, and fans of tribal fortifications. The model combines two rugged watchtowers, a gear-operated gate, a suspended rope bridge, a working catapult, bone decorations, fire elements, weapons, tribal signs, and an orc war drum.
Flames, bones, rough timber, hanging structures, and defensive mechanisms create the appearance of a stronghold assembled by an orc tribe preparing for war.
The Gate of the Red Pyre Clan
At the entrance to Gravehowl Gorge stands the defensive gate of the Red Pyre Clan. Every traveller entering the territory must pass beneath its bones, banners, and elevated watchtowers.
The gate is more than a physical barrier. Its flames represent the ancestral fire of the tribe, while the bones mounted across the structure serve as warnings to enemies approaching the stronghold.
When the war drum sounds, the main gate rises, the rope bridge fills with warriors, and the catapult is moved into position beside the entrance.
Gear-Operated Tribal Gate
Turn the gear mechanism to raise or lower the main entrance. The working gate adds movement to the structure while recreating the defensive operation of an orc stronghold.
Lower the gate to protect the settlement or raise it as warriors and supply wagons return from the surrounding wasteland.
Working Mobile Catapult
The included catapult can be moved independently and is capable of launching projectiles.
Position it outside the gate as part of the outer defense, move it between the watchtowers, or display it separately as an orc siege weapon.
Suspended Rope Bridge
A rope bridge connects the two elevated watchtowers, allowing guards to move above the entrance without leaving their defensive positions.
The suspended structure gives the model additional height and reinforces the rough, improvised engineering of the orc tribe.
Orc War Drum
The detailed war drum occupies an important place inside the stronghold. Its sound signals approaching danger, gathers the warriors, and raises the morale of the tribe before battle.
Weapons and Tribal Details
The gate includes an orc weapon rack, tribal notice board, bones, totems, hanging decorations, flames, banners, and rugged wooden structures.
These smaller elements create the appearance of an active defensive settlement rather than an empty gate façade.
Build the Complete Orc Stronghold
Bonefire Gate can be combined with Bonefire Shrine to create a larger tribal scene. The gate represents the military entrance and outer defense, while the shrine expands the setting with ritual spaces, ancestral symbols, and the spiritual leadership of the tribe.

This "horde" building set is a lot of fun. The colors are really good, with variety too. There are several familiar pieces from name brand, so this set is almost certainly compatible.
The instructions are decent and relatively easy to follow with a couple of spots that need study. The pieces are separated into staged bags, which is always nice. I will say that a lot of these pieces are pretty small, so set up in an area that they won't go missing.
The stickers are decent too. It's amazing how many branding stickers are included. It doesn't detract from the overall build, just funny.
This looks cool and would look great in a medieval village display. It wasn't to complicated and the instructions were good. I wish it would have came with some warrior mini figs but I have some Lego ones that fit the theme. The gate mechanism is the only thing I have an issue with. It is hard to turn to raise the gate and if you drop the gate all the way down the gears stop working altogether. It does lock in place so you can raise it and it stays. I also really like that it has a backstory of the gate in the book. So it has a story to play along with.
This is a fun building set with lots of standard size pieces. The colors are earth tones and realistic looking. The pieces are well built, and the instructions are easy to follow. My kids will love building this. It is so unique.
This set has totally won me over. Presentation means a lot to me. This set has that. It looks like a high end set from the moment you pick up the box. The box is a sturdy reusable colorful box with a pizza box type closure. The pieces are well made and have a nice cluch similar lego. There are a wide range of pices in this set, including stairs, plates, wheels, gears, techics, barrels, bushes, weapons, and more. the instruction book is well written. It even has a warning about how to tell a specific color apart from another by the use of a special symbol. There is only one sticker included for the set. The other pieces with symbols on them are pre-printed. Though, they do give you an entire sheet of stickers with the company branding on them in case you want to stick them all around your house. But, the final thing that is the cherry on top for me is that there is a story included at the beginning of the instruction book about the World Setting for this gate and another story at the end about the start of Chapter One, which is almost poetry. I can only hope that the story continues in future sets.
This building block set is awesome! It comes with the building and a vehicle that you put together. The pieces are made well and nothing was missing. Very enjoyable to assemble. Lots of attention to detail.

As a World of Warcraft and building block fan, I was excited about this set. It did not disappoint! The set came packaged in a colorful box, and all the blocks came packaged in baggies, similar to the brand name building block sets. I really enjoyed the instruction booklet too. Not only did it contain illustrated building schematics, but also some lore and prose about the set. The quality of the blocks is good too. everything snaps together without issue, and they work fine with other blocks like Lego. I would most definitely recommend to anyone into Warcraft or fantasy themed building sets. For the Horde!!
For the most part, this was a good build. There were some hiccups with a few of the instructions just trying to decipher where certain pieces went and some of them just refused to stay together. But it was a cool looking set once it was fully assembled.
This building set was such a fun build. The pieces were well made, and we didn’t have any issues with missing parts. It offered a great opportunity for my teen and me to spend time together while building the Horde, and we had a blast working through it step by step.
The little design details and decorative pieces really added to the overall look, and once it was finished, the final build was a decent size and looked fantastic on display.
