What makes your building blocks different from other brands?
Our blocks feature interlocking technology for tighter connections and creative stability. Sets also include themed pieces (e.g., gears, wheels)
How many pieces are in each set? Can I buy expansion packs?
Sets range from 200 pieces (beginner) to 1,200+ pieces (expert). Expansion packs for popular themes (e.g., City Builder, Robot Lab) are available on our website.
Are instructions included for complex builds?
Every set comes with step-by-step illustrated guides. For advanced models, scan the QR code on the box to access 3D interactive tutorials.
Are these blocks compatible with other major building block brands?
While our blocks are designed to work seamlessly with our own sets, they may connect with some third-party brands. However, we recommend using our blocks for optimal fit and creative possibilities.
Order & Shipping
What is your standard shipping time?
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–7 days (ships from our U.S. warehouse when available)
- Germany, United Kingdom: 8–14 days (ships from China)
- Other European countries, Australia: 10–15 days (ships from China)
- Canada: 8–16 days (ships from China)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, peak seasons, or weather-related disruptions.
Can I track my order in real time?
Yes! A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow 1-3 business days for updates to appear in the carrier’s system. You can copy the order number and go to the tracking Order Tracking
What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to customs checks, peak seasons (e.g., holidays), or carrier issues. Contact us at support@iambrick.com, and we’ll prioritize resolution, including reshipment or refunds if necessary.
I never got my order, what to do?

Exchange & Return
How do I return a defective or damaged item?
Contact support@iambrickimb.com within 7 days of delivery for defective/damaged items. We’ll send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund immediately upon receipt. Photos of the defect are required for verification.
Can I return opened sets if pieces are missing?
Opened sets with missing pieces are not eligible for returns but qualify for free replacement parts within 1 year. Submit a request via our Missing Parts Portal with your order number and piece ID.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the return. PayPal refunds may take 1-2 extra days. Store credit is instant.
What if I received the wrong item?
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the incorrect item and order number. We’ll ship the correct item immediately and cover return shipping costs.
Do you cover international return shipping fees?
For international orders (e.g., American), return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using tracked carriers like USPS.
What items are non-returnable?
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened sets with no defects (eligible for parts replacement only)
- Seasonal/discontinued sets after 30 days
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads (e.g., activity guides)
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logos are also supported. For security reasons, we do not accept international credit cards, checks, or money orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout process uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Additionally, PayPal and Shopify transactions are covered by their 100% fraud protection policy. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Can I use a different shipping address from my billing address?
Yes! To avoid delays, ensure your credit card company has the alternate shipping address on file. Contact your card issuer (via the number on the back of your card) to add it before placing your order.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include:
- Insufficient funds
- Billing/shipping address mismatch
- Bank fraud prevention holds (contact your bank to approve the transaction)
- Expired card details Retry after 10 minutes or use PayPal for faster resolution.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive returned items. PayPal refunds may take 1-2 extra days to reflect in your account. Store credit refunds are instant.
