Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from either our U.S. warehouse or our China fulfillment facilities, depending on product availability, destination, and shipping arrangement.
If an item is available in our U.S. warehouse, U.S. orders will usually ship from the United States. If the item is not available locally, it may ship from China.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom, special, oversized, or limited-availability items may require additional processing time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
• United States: 5–7 business days when shipped from our U.S. warehouse
• Germany & United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
• Other European countries & Australia: 10–15 business days
• Canada: 8–16 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, peak seasons, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking
Tracking is available for all shipments.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Split Shipments
If your order includes products shipping from different warehouses or products with different availability, your order may arrive in separate packages.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each package when available.

Original Box Shipping for Collectors
Original box shipping may be available for select products upon request.
Because original boxes are larger and require extra handling, additional shipping fees may apply.
Please contact us before placing your order if you specifically require the original product box.
We check and pack original boxes with extra protection before dispatch. However, due to the nature of international shipping, the outer box may still experience dents, creases, scratches, or cosmetic wear during transit.
Box condition upon arrival cannot be fully guaranteed.
If the product parts inside are damaged or missing, our support team will assist you according to our after-sales policy.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in our product/shipping policy, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first:
