Cancellation, Returns & Missing Parts Policy

At IAMBRICK, we want every builder to enjoy a smooth and reliable building experience. If something does not go as planned, please review the policy below so we can help you in the right way.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the package, subject to the return conditions below.

  1. Missing or Damaged Parts

If you find missing, incorrect, or damaged parts during your build, please contact us before requesting a return.

IAMBRICK provides replacement parts for missing or damaged bricks found during the building process.

How to request replacement parts:

  1. Find the missing or damaged part in the instruction manual.

  2. Circle or mark the part clearly.

  3. Take a clear photo of the marked instruction page.

  4. Email the photo to support@iambrickimb.com with your order number.

Our support team will review your request and help arrange the replacement parts.

Missing or damaged individual parts are covered by our replacement service and usually do not require returning the full set.

  1. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The internal brick bags must be unopened and sealed.
• The set must not be partially or fully assembled.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, stickers, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Items that are opened, assembled, used, missing components due to customer handling, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Final-sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return due to change of mind, unless the item is verified as defective or return is required by applicable consumer law.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If your order arrives with significant damage or a verified product defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Photos of the outer shipping box, product box, and affected parts

After reviewing the issue, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, depending on the situation.

If the issue was caused by our error or a verified product defect, IAMBRICK will cover the necessary shipping costs.

  1. Return Shipping

For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a verified defective product, IAMBRICK will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Please contact us before sending any return.

Important:

Do not send items back to the manufacturer, warehouse, or the address on the shipping label without prior approval.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Estimated refund timing:

• PayPal: usually 1–3 business days
• Credit cards: usually 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, or payment handling fees may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect.
