Use of IAMBRICK Brand Assets

Approved partners may use the IAMBRICK name, supplied product images and approved brand materials only for the agreed collaboration.

Unless separately authorized in writing, a collaborator may not describe itself as:

IAMBRICK’s official website or official store
An IAMBRICK branch or regional headquarters
An exclusive IAMBRICK distributor
An IAMBRICK subsidiary, agent or joint venture

Logos, product images and other brand materials may not be modified in a misleading way or used to suggest a broader relationship than the one approved.

Content Usage

IAMBRICK may ask for permission to share or repost completed collaboration content on our website, social media or marketing channels.

Content ownership and usage rights should be confirmed between IAMBRICK and the creator before commercial advertising, extensive editing or other uses beyond ordinary social sharing.

Application Review

Our team reviews each application according to current product plans and market priorities.

Because we receive different types of requests, we may only reply to applications that contain complete information and appear suitable for a current or future collaboration.

A previous collaboration does not automatically guarantee future samples or campaigns.
