If you received a defective part, missing part, or damaged item, we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Replacement

Please include your order number (preferred) or the email address used at checkout.
Step 2 — Provide clear photos or a short video
To help us identify the issue quickly, please attach:

A short video showing the issue (if helpful)
Step 3 — Tell us what happened
Briefly describe the issue and list the part number(s) if available (from the instruction manual).
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and reply with the next steps.
