Shipping policy

Shipping Origin
Orders ship from either our U.S. warehouse or our China fulfillment facilities, depending on product availability and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom or special items may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–7 days (ships from our U.S. warehouse when available)

  • Germany, United Kingdom: 8–14 days (ships from China)

  • Other European countries, Australia: 10–15 days (ships from China)

  • Canada: 8–16 days (ships from China)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, peak seasons, or weather-related disruptions.


Tracking

Tracking is available for all shipments.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@iambrickimb.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.


Split Shipments (Partial Deliveries)

If your order includes items shipping from different warehouses or with different availability, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive tracking for each shipment (if applicable).


Original Box Shipping (Collectors)

Original box shipping is available for select products and may require additional shipping fees.
We ensure boxes are in perfect condition before dispatch and use extra protective packaging, but box condition upon arrival cannot be guaranteed due to international transit.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for box damage during shipping.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and costs.


Shipping Issues (Lost / Missing Packages)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first and check with neighbors/building management.
