A Medical Outpost Built From the Wreckage

Wrecked Plane Pharmacy is a 2,076-piece post-apocalyptic building set designed for adult builders, wasteland collectors, and fans of detailed survival environments. A crashed passenger aircraft has been transformed into a multi-level pharmacy, medical center, garage, watchtower, and emergency supply station.

The finished model combines ruined aircraft sections, a modified ambulance, working functions, integrated lighting, detailed medical equipment, and two original characters to create a cinematic survival base with strong display presence.

Medicine After the Collapse

In the years following the collapse of the communication network, medicine has become one of the wasteland’s most valuable resources.

Ari and Helin have converted the remains of a passenger aircraft into a functioning medical outpost. The aircraft cabin stores supplies, the lower level treats injured travelers, and the rooftop watchtower searches the horizon for approaching vehicles or danger.

Their pharmacy cannot restore the old world, but for the survivors who reach it, it offers something almost as important—another chance to live.

Three-Level Survival Base

The model is divided into three connected levels, each serving an essential role within the outpost.

Ground Floor: Pharmacy, treatment center, medical storage, vehicle garage, and maintenance area.

Second Floor: Crashed aircraft cabin, cockpit wreckage, luggage, supplies, and living spaces.

Top Floor: Watchtower, rotating searchlight, communication equipment, and emergency supply station.

Modified Rescue Ambulance

The included wasteland ambulance serves as the outpost’s mobile emergency vehicle. Its detachable cab can hold characters and can be parked directly inside the ground-floor garage.

The vehicle expands the story beyond the building, allowing Ari and Helin to search for injured survivors and transport medical supplies through the wasteland.

Interactive Functions

The set includes multiple working and movable features:

Supply Elevator
360° Rotating Searchlight
Functional Garage Shutter
Quick-Release Aircraft Nose
Detachable Ambulance Cab
Opening Cockpit and Cabin Sections
Multiple Opening Doors

These mechanisms make the model easier to explore while adding movement to the survival story.

Integrated Lighting System

Lighting elements illuminate the watchtower searchlight, aircraft cabin, traffic signals, and several interior areas.

When illuminated, the warm interior light contrasts with the damaged aircraft exterior and harsh wasteland environment, creating a more atmospheric nighttime display.

31 Printed Elements and Detailed Interiors

The set contains 31 printed elements and a wide range of survival accessories, including warning signs, medical markings, medicines, books, tools, a wheelchair, maintenance equipment, luggage, and crash-site debris.

These details help distinguish the pharmacy, garage, aircraft cabin, treatment areas, and supply station while strengthening the realism of the completed scene.

Ari and Helin

Two exclusive characters are included with the set.

Ari remains calm and dependable when treating the injured and managing the outpost’s limited medical resources.

Helin brings optimism and energy to the pharmacy, refusing to let the uncertainty of the wasteland destroy her hope for the future.

Doomsday Part 2 his Wrecked Plane Pharmacy is absolutely phenomenal ,5.0 out of 5 stars"

The Doomsday series. Part 2. The Wrecked Plane Pharmacy!

Part 1 was the Doomsday Gas Station, 2043PCS reviewed June 21, 2026.
Part 2 is the Doomsday Wrecked Plane Pharmacy, 2076PCS this review, August 21, 2026.

These two sets seriously and intentionally complement one another, especially if you're creating a larger modular environment or city. The Wrecked Plane Pharmacy doesn't simply look like another building placed beside the Gas Station. It feels like another chapter in the same post-apocalyptic world. Just remarkable.

Hats off to IAMBRICK/Brixelion, because this has become quite a building journey for me 鈥?not only because of the Doomsday theme, but because of the brick quality as well.

Right out of the gate, the quality of these bricks is exceptional. They are sourced from GoBricks, arguably among the finest building blocks manufactured outside Denmark, and it shows. Actually, it feels. The smooth finish, consistency, clutch strength, and overall tactile quality distinguish these bricks immediately from most other non-LEGO brands I've encountered. There is a premium feel here that is difficult to describe until you've built with them.

This happens to be my sixth Brixelion/IAMBRICK set, and they have become my favorite premium building block supplier for several reasons: quality, price, building experience, finished appearance, and overall satisfaction.

This set is also exactly the type of thing LEGO isn't doing but really should. Instead of simply constructing another building or vehicle, you're creating an entire scene that tells a story.

The abandoned pharmacy is surrounded by overgrown vegetation, barricades, warning signs, fencing, ladders, pipes, electrical equipment, traffic signs, medical equipment, rooftop structures, and remnants of civilization everywhere you look. Then IAMBRICK crashes an airplane straight through the upper portion of the building. That's when this goes from being a nice modular building to something completely different.

And that wrecked airplane is fantastic.
The fuselage is literally incorporated into the architecture, with the cockpit suspended high above the pharmacy and the broken wing stretching across the roof. Vegetation has begun growing over portions of the aircraft, making it look as if the wreck has been sitting there for years. There's even a lookout structure perched above everything, complete with warning placards, railings, lighting, equipment, and a small shelter. Every time I turn this model around, I notice another detail.

The ground level is equally impressive. There's an actual pharmacy entrance, medical equipment, industrial debris, barriers, barrels, fencing, exterior pipes, and a garage integrated into the building. The garage door opens and closes, and the included ambulance can actually be parked inside. You can display the ambulance partially inside, completely inside, or outside the building as part of the scene.

The ambulance itself could almost qualify as a separate small building set. It's substantial, nicely designed, and looks perfectly at home beside the pharmacy.

Then there is the lighting.
WELL DONE.
The lighting package completely transforms this model once the room lights come down. Blue illumination glows through the wrecked airplane cockpit. The lookout station is illuminated. The pharmacy interior comes alive. The garage is lit. Exterior fixtures illuminate different sections of the building, and even the traffic signal lights up. The combination of blue, warm white, yellow, red, and green lighting gives the entire scene an eerie abandoned-city atmosphere. The lighting isn't just an accessory here. It's part of the experience.

The kit only contains two stickers the Pharmacy sign and Red Cross while the remaining detailed pieces are pad printed. That is another huge positive for me. There are warning signs, directional markings, restricted-area graphics, traffic signs, and other printed elements throughout the model, and those details contribute enormously to the finished appearance.

The bricks throughout my set were excellent. I didn't encounter a single piece with questionable clutch strength, and I had no missing parts. Everything connected securely without being excessively tight.
Parts organization is also very good. The bags follow the building phases, with larger, medium, smaller, and tiny components separated within each stage. The lighting components and wire-retaining clips are packaged separately.

For a 2,076-piece model with this much going on, that organization makes the building process considerably easier.
The instruction manual is excellent overall. The illustrations are large, logical, and easy to follow. My only real challenge came near the end while assembling the ambulance. Several brown parts shown in the manual were difficult to distinguish from one another, especially when determining exactly which plate was being called for. I eventually figured everything out, but a little more contra...

A richly detailed post pocalyptic pharmacy that shines with all rinted parts

Brixelion delivers a fun set again. I already have their Doomsday Gas Station, and this wrecked plane pharmacy fits right alongside it, expanding the post pocalyptic theme in a way that feels cohesive and intentional. Every element of the build reinforces that ruined鈥憌orld aesthetic, from the broken fuselage structure to the scattered environmental details.

The components are good quality, and the instructions are well illustrated and paced, making the build smooth and enjoyable. What really stands out is the all rinted parts, something you rarely see in this quantity. It gives the model a premium feel and avoids the usual sticker fuss.

The final build offers a variety of play features and includes multiple minifigures to round out the scene. It a fun, thematic set that works well as both a display piece and a playset, especially for anyone building out a larger post pocalyptic collection.

high-quality and detailed building brick set

This building brick from iambrick allows you to build a very detailed post-apocalyptic scene, featuring a pharmacy with a plane through it and an ambulance (plus two on-theme minifigures!). At over 2,000 pieces, it's a set big enough to really sink your teeth into, but it won't take over your life and your dining room table for weeks on end. It's substantial but also manageable. The finished project is over a foot tall and nearly a foot wide and deep, so it ends up being an impressive display piece.

The set comes in a nice, big box that can easily be closed back up. That's a thoughtful touch that makes this very giftable and, importantly for builders, means you can easily tuck all the components back inside the box if you're building in stages. I appreciate that the brand's commitment to detail extends even to the packaging. Within the box, you have the bagged bricks (in numbered bags), the separately-bagged lighting kit, and the instruction manual, plus a pharmacy decal.

The set is amazingly detailed, and it's really its own little world (in fact, a story about the doomsday world and its inhabitants runs through the pages of the instruction manual-- such a unique touch!). The pharmacy itself is built from wreckage, so that adds a lot of details and distinctiveness to the build. Then you've got things like medical labs, an isolation room, a rooftop lookout, and more. There are tons of accessories that can be arranged as you pleased; it's pretty customizable and also playable.

There's a lighting kit that delivers atmospheric lighting (it really adds to the eeriness) and also some moving parts, so it's got a lot of interest besides the actual structure. The lighting kit is packaged separately in bright and distinctive packaging, and the instructions for installation are clear and easy to follow.

The bricks themselves are standard-size and are thus compatible with the major brand. All of the design elements (except for the pharmacy sticker) are printed directly onto the bricks, which is great. It's a mark of quality when designs are printed directly onto bricks rather than applied using stickers. It makes the whole project look so much more polished. The bricks fit together well and can be separated if necessary. Because they're sorted into numbered bags (the bags correspond to steps in the instructions), you're never overwhelmed by the number of pieces you're working with.

The instruction manual is first class. It's a large format and super-detailed. It's got a true binding, so it lies flat when you're working with it. All of the individual illustrations are large-scale and very easy to see. There is never too much crammed onto a single page, and the individual steps are broken down enough (they never feel overwhelming; some brands try to stuff too much into a single step, but that's not a problem here). Each step clearly spells out (at the outset) how many of each type of brick you need. Callout-style boxes help illustrate more complex steps.

There are a number of moving parts (including a rolling wheelchair). The garage door goes up and down, and things can be raised and lowered with a chain. Doors open and close, and the ambulance can roll. As I mentioned above, a lot of the internal accessories/components can be moved around, which makes the set customizable and playable. Plus, two themed minifigures!

This set is good for teens and adults. It's thematically not really intended for smaller children, but the scope and complexity are probably a bit much for younger builders. The instructions are excellent and easy to follow, but there's just too much going on for younger kids, and the more delicate areas of assembly would frustrate them. Teens and adults will really enjoy this, though, and it's very giftable-- just add wrapping paper.

I'm very pleased with this and think it's a great value. There's so much going on, inside and out, and both the components and instructions are of outstanding quality. This is an enjoyable build that's unique and really stands out from the crowd. I recommend it.

A hyper-detailed set that boldly continues the post-apoc theme

This brick set is branded iambrick, a company that I鈥檝e built a handful of times. They source parts from Go Bricks, considered the best quality bricks outside of Denmark. Most of the decorations are printed pieces, except for a small sticker sheet to handle the 鈥淧HARMACY鈥?sign and red cross. This is a fantastic follow up to their first post-apocalyptic set, the Gas Station. This pharmacy cleverly adds verticality in the form of a watch tower, plus an iconic and memorable crashed airplane. It鈥檚 hard to tell where one thing ends and the next begins, which is a hallmark trait of post-apoc buildings. The set includes a light kit (BYO batteries) that includes lighted 1x4 LED plates. Interior spaces can be accessed via removable panels. The parts come in a premium reusable box, in numbered bags and are compatible with Lego. The instructions have a matte cover, perfect bound and should be easy to follow for most builders, especially those who have built brick sets before. At over 2000 pieces, this is a fantastic value for the size of the structure and play value included. Oh and it includes 2 characters of iambrick鈥檚 own design that are a bit wonky looking but do the job. If you don鈥檛 like the characters, you can always use your own minifigures.

Great set with lots of interactivity

As you'd expect, this is a pretty large kit. It comes with all the parts bagged and labeled with one of the 8 stages, plus a good number of LEDs, a battery pack, some wiring hold-down parts, 2 good quality stick-and-peel decals and of course, the instruction manual.

The part quality was good: nothing was twisted or warped, nothing was too tight or too loose. Even the large 32x32 flat plate was pretty flat. This was especially appreciated with the rods and the few pegs it used, normally these are overly tight, but not here. On the down side, it was missing a piece, a flat 1x2. Luckily, the place it's used was not super visible and I was able to find an acceptable replacement from somewhere else - this was the only reason I didn't give the kit a 5 out of 5 stars.

Thanks to the 8 stages and none of them being an "applicable to every stage" bag 0, the part count stayed relatively low, about 250 on average like you'd expect (2000 pieces / 8 stages = ~250 parts per). This meant part picking was still a task, but not a horrible one.

The instructions were good and easy to follow, though you did have to count pips quite a bit during the first 2 stages when you're placing flower and grass pieces on an otherwise blank 32x32 flat piece. Most of the steps used a full half-page so you're provided with plenty of context and placing pieces is no problem.

There was one issue - many of the parts were silvery/shiny and it didn't really call those out particularly well in the instructions. It didn't seem to have a lot of impact, but I had to deliberately try to pair shiny parts when they appeared in 2s or 4s.

There was also one set of brown parts that were very hard to see how they were meant to be assembled because there was no differentiating black line (or at least not one that was visible) between the parts, so it was just a brown smear. It was a non-standard connection so a real headscratcher there.

Building it was fun for the most part. You can see it come together step by step and while many of those steps were just adding grass or detritus, it was fine. The electronics went in easily and the instructions even showed how to route the wires and the kit included special bricks to lock them down. There appears to be an alignment issue that I couldn't resolve in one place, and I'm still not sure how to resolve it since everything else around it is aligned, but other than that minor mystery, it came together fairly well and was a rewarding experience.

The end model is great and though the grass pieces tend to pop off if you brush them, it's otherwise a good play toy. The ambulance - which itself is loaded with articulated doors, cabinets and a slide-out stretcher, besides the wheels - fits in the garage that has both a roll door and a hinged section in the wall so you can see inside. There's the main doors that open and close, a back door, and in another wall, yet another panel that swings out of the way so you can see inside. Plus a wheelchair!

Ladders lead to each level, and the various pieces continue to provide various levels of interactivity - another door on the plane, an adjustable spotlight and camera, a gantry lift that actually works to raise and lower a bin, it's all very cool and put together makes a visually appealing whole.

The kit says it's for adults, and while it may take a certain level of patience, I think that 10-12 year olds would have no problems finishing this set, if they were motivated to do so.

A Detailed Build with Apocalypseburg Vibes

For the price, this is a really nice building set. The brick quality is good, the finished model looks great, and I was pleasantly surprised that it includes an LED lighting kit. The lights really add to the display.
The overall design actually reminds me a little of LEGO iconic Welcome to Apocalypseburg set. It definitely not the same model and has nothing to do with it, Apocalypseburg is still in a league of its own, but it feels like the designer may have taken inspiration from that post-apocalyptic style. It detailed, intricate, and fun to look at.
If you e a LEGO fan and want to try something different from another brick brand, this is a good option.
My only complaint is the minifigures. They e well made, but they use a different style and proportions than traditional LEGO minifigures. Personally, I would have preferred figures that matched the classic LEGO design.
Overall, it a fun build with good value and plenty of display appeal.

Awesome set! Fun build with so many details.

I love this set. It's got so much going on, with a perfect post apocalyptic feeling to the entire thing. From the broken pharmacy store to the crashed airplane, everything was clearly thought out to maximize the aesthetic.

Outside of being visually stunning, it's easy to build with great directions (my 8 year old has no issues), the pieces are well made and snap together easily, and the blocks are colorful and fully compatible with the brand stuff.

At $110 (as of September 2026) it's on the pricey side, but it's a premium build well worth it.

Great kit, the Danish brand should take note

This kit is exactly what the more famous brand isn't doing but really should. The kit creates a scene filled with action features and tells a very interesting story. While the instruction manual provides some additional fleshing-out of the story, it's completely unnecessary, the build speaks for itself. Every aspect of the build is full of tiny details that help bring it to life. The kit only contains two stickers, and they were needed to add printing to the larger parts of the build - the pharmacy sign and the red cross sign just below it. All of the small parts you see are printed and look great.
The bricks included with this kit are all high quality and completely compatible with the bricks from other brands. Not one brick had an issue with grip strength, and there were no missing parts in the kit. The instructions are clear and easy to read. The parts are bagged according to the phase of the build, with each one having a bag of large parts, medium, small, and the smallest parts. The light kit and retaining clips for the wires are bagged separately. This makes the build very streamlined and easy to complete.
I love to customize these builds either as I'm going along or modify them a little after the fact to add my own personality to the scene. In this case, I didn't change much, but I did add a Lego skeleton in the cockpit of the airplane. After all, what's an apocalypse without a few skeletons? 馃拃 I'm going to consider a few more tweaks in the coming months, but I'm very happy with how it looks with the stock build. I also own the doomsday gas station, and this kit looks great beside of it. I'm hoping to get a few more kits in this line to help build out the scene, but these two appear to be it for now. It would be great to have a few smaller kits that brought additional details to the doomsday environment, or a couple more large buildings.
The product images really don't do this kit justice. If you're considering buying it but you're waffling a bit, you won't be disappointed. It's full of detail, a fun build, and a display piece that you won't get from the other brands.

A Dark and Dramatic Build Worth Every Piece

The post-apocalyptic architecture concept gives this modular building set a distinctly different energy from anything else in the collection. The included lighting kit transforms it after dark into something genuinely atmospheric and the two minifigures add a storytelling quality that makes the finished display feel like a scene rather than just a model.

Historically Curious
Very Cool Set!

This is a very distinctive building set with a strong post-apocalyptic theme. Turning a crashed aircraft into a makeshift pharmacy gives the model a lot of personality, and the mix of wreckage, medical equipment, pipes, and improvised structures makes the finished scene feel much more narrative-driven than a standard building or vehicle set.

The three-story layout gives the build some real depth, with separate areas for treatment, laboratory work, and observation. Movable features, opening sections, and the included survivor minifigures also make it more interactive once assembled. The lighting is a particularly nice touch because the different warm and cool effects help the various areas of the model feel distinct.

With more than 2,000 pieces, this is clearly aimed at builders who enjoy longer, more involved projects. The finished model should make an eye-catching display piece, especially for anyone who likes survival, dystopian, or ruined-city themes and wants something more unusual than a traditional architecture set.

An Adult kit that is just serious fun!!!

I have lost track of how many of the IAmBrick kits that I've put together over the years but this, just like every single other kit from them I have, is just the highest quality. It's got great color, the pieces all fit nice and tight and the manual is flawless and easily at the standards of the Big L. It's not a quick build at all so you definitely get a good value vs your time involved and the best part? These kits have a level of imagination that is just fun. I just finished a steampunk robot before ordering this and not only was it a most satisfying build, these kits are cool enough to get put on a shelf for display, at least until the next kit gets done and for me, there are lots of "next kits" in my future as I really like this company!
