The Stronghold of the Holy Spirit Lord
Sword of Holy Spirit Castle is a 2,484-piece medieval castle building set designed for adult builders, fantasy collectors, and fans of detailed knight fortresses. The wide castle layout combines defensive architecture, noble living spaces, hidden treasure, working mechanisms, and a complete medieval settlement environment.
From the gear-operated entrance and rotating throne to the wine cellar, command center, market, and watchtower, the set offers a long and varied building experience with strong display presence.
A Castle Built Around Power
Protected by the knights of the Holy Spirit, the castle serves as both a noble residence and a military command post. Merchants gather near the walls, guards watch the roads from the tower, and commanders prepare their forces inside the war room.
At the center of the castle sits the lord’s throne. Few visitors know that beneath it lies a concealed red gemstone—a treasure connected to the authority and history of the stronghold.
Working Castle Gate
Rotate the gear mechanism to open and close the castle entrance. The functional system recreates the operation of a fortified medieval gateway and creates a more interactive entrance to the completed model.
Flexible Multi-Level Design
Foldable and opening floor sections provide easier access to the interior. Builders can explore individual rooms, arrange characters inside the castle, and view details that would normally remain hidden behind the exterior walls.
Watchtower Defense Mechanism
The gate beneath the watchtower is controlled through a rotating mechanism, connecting the upper defensive structure with the main castle entrance.
This feature reinforces the role of the watchtower as the first line of protection against approaching threats.
Rotating Throne and Hidden Treasure
The lord’s throne can rotate through 360 degrees. Hidden beneath it is a secret compartment containing a red gemstone, adding mystery and story-driven exploration to the royal chamber.
A Complete Medieval Castle World
The model includes a wide variety of interior and exterior locations:
Market Area
Wanted Poster Board
Wine Cellar
Dining Hall
Lord’s Bedroom
Private Balcony
Command Center
Watchtower
Together, these spaces create more than a defensive building. They form a complete medieval community where trade, leadership, military planning, and everyday castle life exist within one connected scene.
Built for Display
The long castle walls, layered towers, open interior, and contrasting rooflines create a substantial display model suitable for medieval collections and larger fantasy layouts.

Bought the Sword of The Holy Spirit Castle set for $70 plus tax. Brick is Lego compatible, but not the same quality. However it seems decent quality and has good brick clutch. Instructions are good. The staircase, side castle turret, and tree is a bit fragile, and since I had kids who want to play with it I secured the side castle turret with a few extra Lego pieces (see photo). I also changed /replaced the tree base (see photo) Overall the build was nice but probably more for a teen or adult than for a child. Also, on the side turret build, I did adjust the battlement slightly just for a bit more structural integrity. The rest of the castle's battlement though was already good.
Animals and Minifigures not included. :)
PROS: Uses gobricks,so it has firm but good clutch, good fit and finish of the bricks. Nice design of the set. CONS: MIssing two pieces,no brick tool, instruction manual is small and color of the black and dark brown parts hard to tell apart. The set is small and standard minifigures is a tight fit (or does not fit) inside the buildings, and there is no ladder to get to the second floor. Overall this company is on the verge of being great, but needs to pay more attention to the details.
The Brixelion Sword of Holy Spirit Castle is a substantial and thoughtfully designed medieval build that delivers both play value and display appeal. With 2484 pieces, this set offers a rich building experience packed with architectural detail and imaginative features. The hinged wall design allows the castle to open up, revealing a full interior with battlements, towers, a bounty board, dining hall, living quarters, and a throne room.
Each section is crafted with care, making the build as enjoyable to explore as it is to assemble. The components are solid and well molded, and while the instructions are slightly compact in layout, they are generously paced and clearly illustrated to guide skilled builders with confidence.
This set is a rewarding project for fans of medieval themes, offering a satisfying blend of storytelling, structure, and craftsmanship.
This medieval castle building block set is a large and satisfying build with 2,484 pieces and cool knight/castle theme. The quality is very good, close to LEGO and higher-end generic brands, and the pieces fit together well. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, making the long build enjoyable rather than frustrating. The folding and unfolding design is a nice feature, allowing you to display the castle either fully open to see the interior rooms or closed for a more dramatic exterior look. The interactive working drawbridge and raising gate add a lot of fun and imagination. Do note that this set does not include any mini figures such as knights or horses. Overall, it’s a well-made, engaging display piece and a great choice for building block enthusiasts.
It took a long time to build which is part of the fun. Great edition to my son’s Lego medieval town play collection. Only downfall is the tree comes apart easily and it gets frustrating but my sons figure it out.

Growing up our household only got legos as hand-me-downs or cheap 30-piece sets, and I was always envious of friends who had the big castle sets that I knew I'd never get. To say I was thrilled to do this set would be an understatement and I'm afraid that might bias my review a wee bit.
Out of the box, there's a passel of packages - 5 stages worth plus a separate bag with some big flat plates -, some "iambrick" stickers (not used in the build) and the instruction manual that includes an entire 4 page backstory and some helpful notice that they've outlines similar-color parts in different colors to distinguish them.
The quality of the blocks is high; none of the plates or pieces were warped, nothing was too loose or too tight, though some pieces required smaller fingers than mine to stick them on easily, I just used the eraser end of a pencil to seat them firmly.
The instructions and build were similarly excellent! Dividing it up into 5 stages, each taking about an hour to an hour and a half each meant that I was done in around 8 hours for a kit of nearly 2500 pieces. 90% of the build was using full-sized pieces, big chunky ones instead of those fiddly technic pieces or thin bits. The other 10% was little detail items like the ballista, dinner table, and wanted-persons board. This let me cruise through the build with very few mistakes and the pieces just flew into position. It was also solid, some parts placed deliberately to strengthen the model rather than rely on weak single-pip connections like so many of their peers.
When you're done, you have a castle with a moving drawbridge, a mobile rear gate, some siege weapons that can be aimed and the whole thing unfolds from a mostly square castle into 3 joined pieces so you can explore the inside easily.
There are tons and tons of details, all sorts of fun touches and when I finished I had to show it off to my kids and wife and go show them all the points of interest.
I can't recommend this set highly enough.
The Knight’s Fortress is a massive and impressive kit. It is easily one of the largest non-LEGO building sets I have ever assembled, and it stands right alongside the LEGO castle kits I own without feeling out of place. It looks fantastic on the shelf and has a real presence once completed.
The level of detail is outstanding. Every room is packed with unique artifacts and thoughtful design touches that make the build interesting from start to finish. Two sides of the fortress fold outward, turning it into more of a play set, which is a great feature. I especially like that it can be folded closed for display, as it takes up less shelf space while still looking great.
The build experience was very solid overall. The bags were clearly numbered and matched the instruction steps perfectly, which made the process smooth and organized. My only minor complaint is that some of the darker colored pieces were difficult to tell apart in the instructions, and a white background would have made those steps clearer. Even so, it was never enough to seriously slow things down.
This kit is an amazing value for the price, especially given the size, detail, and play features. It is approachable enough for younger builders while still being satisfying for adults. I did not encounter any missing pieces in my set. Overall, this was a fantastic build and an easy recommendation.

I ordered this medieval castle building set and was really impressed by how detailed and engaging it is. The pieces fit together well, and the build feels substantial without being frustrating. It kept me focused for quite a while and felt more like a true model build than a simple toy.
The finished castle looks great on display and works nicely as décor for a desk or shelf. I also like that it can be folded and reconfigured, which adds interest beyond just building it once. The design feels thoughtful and cohesive, especially for a larger set.
This was a fun, satisfying project that looks impressive when completed. It’s a great option if you enjoy detailed builds and want something that doubles as a display piece.
This castle add pieces by making 3 pieces out of 1 pieces. Which is fine, but at times, makes the castle very unstable. Once completed, it is solid, but felt it could be strong by maker the pieces overlap. Instructions for the most part, were good. However, some of the colors were hard to tell the type of pieces. Overall, it looks great and was fun. Could be better, but was done pretty good. I liked the story it included.
Great fun to build. A little flimsy in place until all put together and then its stable. Works just as good as the expensive branch
