Cancellation, Returns & Missing Parts Policy

At IAMBRICK, we want you to have the best building experience possible. If things don’t go as planned, here is how we can help.


1. Order Cancellation

  • 48-Hour Window: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • No Hidden Fees: As we do not offer pre-orders or subscription-based billing, all cancellations result in a full refund of the one-time payment made.

  • Refund Timing: Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


2. Missing Bricks? (Our Guarantee) 🧱

Before requesting a return, please check if your issue is a missing piece.

  • Free Replacement: We provide free replacement parts for any missing or broken bricks found during your build.

  • How to Request: Simply circle the missing parts in your instruction manual, take a clear photo, and email it to support@iambrickimb.com with your Order Number.

  • Note: Missing parts are not considered a product defect but are fully covered under this specialized service.


3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Sealed Bags: To be eligible for a full refund, internal brick bags must remain unopened and sealed.

  • Unassembled: Items that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original box with all manuals and stickers included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items with opened internal bags or signs of assembly.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless verified as defective upon arrival).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your set arrives with significant damage (e.g., crushed box affecting parts, electronic malfunctions), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Required: Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Solution: We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., "no longer wanted"), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

    We accept returns shipped via standard carriers such as USPS, DHL, and other international express services.
    Please refer to our website for the return address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • Important: Please contact support@iambrickimb.com to receive the correct Return Authorization Address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior approval.

6. Refund Processing

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  3. Timeline: * PayPal: Typically 1–3 business days.

    • Credit Cards: Usually 7–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
